Any reservation can be cancelled free of charge as long as it has not been paid for and you give at least 48 hours’ notice before the reservation date. To do so, please send an email to info@vivacars.es or call 966 278 817 at least 48 hours before the reservation date. To make a change to your reservation, please contact our Reservations Center at the same phone number.<\/p>\n
The reservation can be modified as many times as necessary. Depending on the type of change requested, additional charges may apply. \u2022 Extensions. The vehicle must be delivered on the agreed date and time and to the office indicated in the contract. If you require a longer vehicle, you must make a new reservation, paying the corresponding rate and any extras. You will also need to visit the AUTOMOVILES JUAN \u2013 VIVA CARS office to sign the new document.<\/p>\n
Contracts cannot be extended by phone or any other electronic means of communication. If a new reservation cannot be made due to a lack of vehicles or for any other reason, the vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and time and to the office specified in the contract.
